It was a real-life cinderella story once you stepped foot into the WONÁ showroom — there seemed to be something fit for everyone. The bridal and luxury fashion label, which recently rebranded, debuted its Spring 2020 collection during New York Bridal Fashion Week on Oct. 4-6. Its dresses are manufactured and hand-embroidered in Ukraine, and are perfect for the modern and versatile bride.
WONÁ, which means "she" in Ukranian, produces four stunning collections throughout the year: WONÁ Couture, WONÁ White, WONÁ Evening and WONÁ Resort.
The WONÁ Couture collection "unites dreams and design," incorporating elaborate details and creating a highly sophisticated look. WONÁ White is more practical; these dresses are typically lightweight and simplistic in their design, combining classic patterns and lace. With its pops of color, WONÁ Evening is perfect for red carpet nights; these dresses include mermaid gowns, jumpsuits and feathers — fun! WONÁ Cruise is a little more freeing and provocative, often made with chiffon material and recommended for destination trips.
The dresses range from about $3,000-$5,000 with an estimated production turnaround of four months... go get your fairy tale!
